Support Head of Quality in supervising and conducting responsible for monitoring Quality Department Performance: Compilation of defective product including corrective/preventive action report to Customers, improving Quality Control/Quality Assurance system plan in order to ensure Customer satisfaction through product quality, Customer Claim, follow up and coordinate for rejection from delivery inspection, Supplier Control handling , etc
Preparing for External/Internal Audit (ISO Audit/Customers Audit/Group Company Audit)
Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assist production floor in Product Quality
Monitor feedback quality of product together with QC field and produce team to maintain its quality
Monitor and verify customer complaint to analyse the root cause for quality improvement
Conduct trial for new sample or new supplier to meet quality specification
Develop SOP, WI for process improvement related quality and standard knowledge for new SKU
Develop and set quality specifications for product
Develop training material for quality specification together with trainer team
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Metalurgy, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related from reputable university.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have expertise of mechanical engineering especially in automation systems, small moving parts/mechanism design, high precision robotics, manufacturing process, and mechatronics.
Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and a fast learner is a must.
Have an excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Have a superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.
Have a good communication skill in English both oral and written.
